Bond Realty Partners is the real estate subsidiary of Bond Investment Partners. Bond Realty Partners is the principal acquisition vehicle for real estate assets either directly or through joint venture partnerships. We diversify our portfolio by investment type and property class to de-risk and maximise returns on our assets.
Our primary focus is in the United Kingdom, where our principal shareholders have been investing and developing real estate for over two decades. We also consider investments in other strategic markets such as the UAE, USA and other parts of Europe based on the opportunity.
To spread risk and balance portfolio returns, we actively source opportunities of the 3 following types:
Core: Core assets form the main part of our real estate investment portfolio. These include assets in stable developed markets such as central London. This delivers high quality and consistent cash returns, as well as capital gain.
Growth and Value–Add: We actively seek opportunities that have a higher risk profile than our core investments that include repositioning and re-letting opportunities. These investments provide a higher return profile while they are not as predictable as our core investments.
Opportunistic: We consider attractive opportunistic investments which include distressed direct acquisitions, emerging market development propositions and investments in hotels and resorts.
