FADI Marouf
CEO, Bond Realty Partners
Fadi brings to Bond over 15 years of global advisory, investment and asset management experience across the Real Estate & Hospitality sectors. During his career, Fadi has been involved in various iconic projects that have spanned the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe & US regions over various asset classes.
Prior to joining Bond, Fadi led the Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC) Advisory Sub Sector for the Ernst & Young MENA practice.
Fadi was also the Director of Real Estate Investments at Istithmar World & Meraas Capital, two of the most discerning wealth funds of Dubai. In his role as Director of Real Estate Investment, Fadi managed the investment and asset management teams that performed various tasks through the acquisition life cycle including the identification and analysis of investment opportunities, conducting technical and financial appraisals and presenting these opportunities to the investment board as well as subsequent execution and capital structuring of these proposals.
STEPHEN Polakoff
Group General Counsel
Stephen (Juris Doctorate) has had over 14 year’s experience as General Counsel & Head of Legal Departments at corporates managing teams of various sizes including Deutsche Bank’s FSU offices, a London listed oil field services company and the international legal department of DAMAC Properties.
Stephen is also backed with 7 years of law firm experience from Clifford Chance and LeBouef in both New York and Moscow. He has deep cross-border transactional experience, both in-house and client advisory, covering M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, debt and equity financing, funds and project finance. He has served on the board of directors of listed entities as well as several funds.
SATISH NAIR
Executive Vice President, Operations
Satish, a Member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), is an accomplished operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in business process engineering, trade marketing and stakeholder liaison across a range of industries.
Satish commenced his career at Bajaj Automobiles and Glaxo pharmaceuticals before joining ITC Limited in 1999. His career growth trajectory is still noted as one of the fastest at ITC as he was instrumental in streamlining the logistics and production optimisation processes for the company leading to the introduction of Value Chain Optimisation as a concept whilst heading the company’s Value Chain Department.
After serving at ITC for a decade Satish moved on to pursue a career in Sub Saharan Africa where he was instrumental in steering trade for various companies of the Wattanmal Group as their Managing Director. He later joined the board of directors at The Kewalram Group before venturing out and establishing his own venture in Trade Marketing and Commodities Trading across Northern, Western and Eastern Africa.
Satish brings to his position at Bond strong experience of management and implementing effective solutions to secure and reach performance targets for quality, cost, delivery and amongst other operational performance indicators.
ASJAD Lateef
Executive Vice President, Finance & Accounts
Asjad, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accounting of Pakistan brings to the group over 15 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, assurance, business advisory and corporate restructuring.
As a member of senior management at Ernst & Young, Asjad worked for several fortune 500 clients across Asia. His expansive experience across the GCC region has seen appointments at Tamweel, Istithmar World, Alislami and other local groups in coveted positions. Asjad has also been instrumental in developing and implementing financial systems for financial institutions regionally (UAE and KSA) and remains a member of Institute of Public Accounts.
MATTHEW JOLLEY
Senior Vice President, Vintega Hospitality
Matt’s career across the hospitality and entertainment industry spans 25 years in various coveted global positions having resided in London, Madrid and Los Angeles. His international experience in nightlife operations and its PR includes working with Madonna, Naomi Campbell and Helena Christensen.
In London he was instrumental in the success of the Star Bar at BBC Television’s flagship and generation defining show, Top of the Pops. The Star Bar was a highly original concept where select guests mingled with the biggest names in music during the show’s recording.
In 2005 Matt joined the celebrated Mayfair member’s club, Aura, as PR Manager and progressed to become General Manager in 2008.
Matt found Dubai to be his home in 2010 pioneering the nightlife industry in the Middle East as Global Brand Director for Mahiki, the infamous London hotspot founded by Piers Adam and Nick House. Matt built awareness of the Mahiki brand into what became one of the most successful club launches in the UAE paving the way for the influx of London based clubs in the region.
Matt attributes his success to creating memorable guest journeys, paying immaculate attention to detail across every aspect of the restaurant and nightlife experience.
GHENWA AL KUSSIER
Office Manager, Dubai
Ghenwa is an experienced office manager who manages the daily operations of our demanding office. She efficiently directs office support activities including staff training and supervision, task scheduling, obtaining and allocating resources, the effective management and improvement of internal processes, the implementation of procedures and policies and general office administration functions.
An adaptable and self-directed professional, Ghenwa obtained her Bachelors in English Literature. With over 10 years of experience in the GCC in executive management and administration, Ghenwa also brings with her executive legal and investment knowledge from positions at Damac, Al Habtoor Group, Najd Investments and The Ajman Municipality.
EYRIJ SALAH UDDIN
Senior Associate, Finance & Accounts
Eyrij is an adaptable, resourceful and enthusiastic finance professional with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and management accounting. Having commenced her education in finance with a certified accounting technician qualification, she subsequently completed her ACCA in 2011.
Eyrij held various positions in finance at firms such as Nestle Pakistan Ltd and Almaya Group, Dubai where she successfully served as their accounts officer and senior accounts executive respectively. She is a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and sound knowledge of KPI reporting and business accounting processes.
SHIKA BODANI
Senior Associate, Bond Capital Management
Shika Bodani studied Computer Science and Management at King’s College London and then went on to study Finance at New York University. Whilst studying, she undertook several internships in finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts and UBS.
After graduating, she worked and gained invaluable experience at London Management Group, a boutique asset management firm. Whilst maintaining her position at Bond Investment Partners, Shika successfully launched and manages a cutting-edge fashion rental business in London which is soon to expand its market offering.
